ran with Maika, and at her pace these days, that's a little more effort than running in place. It certainly is a walking pace, but i jogged it just to expend a little bit of energy.

Got back to MN just barely in time to make it to Lake Maria.
Tomorrow - short trip to STL for Moms 90th so i didn't stick around for controls but was good to chat w people for a few minutes.
Lake Maria was so nice - usually it seems to be a winter meet and I recall some nose bleeds from dry air. But today was warm and perfect fall colors, leaves underfoot. Such luxury to get to run in the woods on a day like this.
