Good run, feels good to include a good hill. Since an uphill includes a downhill, I try to be careful and not run full speed on the asphalt road. I had found that in the last year I often had foot pain (plantar fasciitis) when running on hard surfaces in the winter. Probably the shoe and the surface is harder and the foot is hurt quickly in the cold, too. So I see that I run gently and roll the foot instead of hitting the ground hard.
