Cast off the arm for a couple weeks now so trying to find a rhythm and shed some of the LB pickup of 8-10 weeks not riding.
2 rotation treadmill zone 3 tested as a benchmark at 7:30/150 lap 1 and 1050cph on lap 2 at +0.1 and +0.5%.
