Soccer- outside turf unusually warm for season off and on light rain.

In an unsuspected turn of events my touch is markedly improved after doing off an on drills with Miles for last two weeks.

Turn in a bit early out of prudence. Still not sure various pieces are back to full strength. Probably ok to resume MTB now though.

Finally feeling hamstring is good for a return to some sprinting rejoin pick-up soccer. Interesting day of light snow on artificial turf. No problems but no pushing either and shoulder not perfect but good enough.

Kirby might need his own log. He doubled up am/pm today for 11 total (he's been all in on Kristin's training plans). He also played ball for at least an hour with the kids and me and he went swimming.
