Finish the week at weight 163 body fat 15. Progress on both fronts. Didn't eat/sleep well all week due to depression issues.

Bring out the road bike for first time in maybe 1-2 years. Ride in plus a some meandering around the monuments and laps at the point. Sort of a shakedown for sunday.

Drive in ride home. Really a 2/4 split. Started a coping spin into the big headwind but Dave passes by and I join up on an increased pace. He has just lengthened the gear on the track bike and I can feel the pace moving up.

With Shadow in the park. Probably high 8s when running. Total time including an extended stop throwing a ball in the stream for swimming. Punt on my own swim and lift plan for the evening.

AN indoor r-b-r no rest series. Being sick last week seems to have sucked a lot of power out of my legs.

rainy and cold. I suit up in the gore-tex to walk the dogs. Hoping I have just kicked this cold I can't bring myself to run or bike commute in it so opt for the treadmill. Seem to have lost some power somewhere in the last week. Probably attributable to the illness.
