Long day slammed at work and home.

No training time until after 9. So it's10pm til midnight because I hate racing poorly more than I hate the windtrainer.

with shadow. Easy warm-up and down <140. 20 minutes of 1/4-1/2 mile uphill repeats at HR of 160-170.

On the training front I think my weight and base fitness are trending right in to where I was the last the last time I was there so I should be able to have a good time and not mire us in the bottom of the standings. What is not trending in is the amount of actual MTB time. I was looking through training records and have ridden the MTB only 8 times this year so far. Let’s hope I remember how to ride in the woods by race day. At least I'll be assured one daylight lap before the real insanity starts.

Having not been at home at all yesterday and with only 5 hours of sleep each of the previous two nights it's sleep in then chores at home over the O meet.

Finally get to a workout early evening. Tennis with K. Not particularly aerobic but definitely can feel the abductor and adductor usage is much higher than in any of my normal antics.
