On the training front I think my weight and base fitness are trending right in to where I was the last the last time I was there so I should be able to have a good time and not mire us in the bottom of the standings. What is not trending in is the amount of actual MTB time. I was looking through training records and have ridden the MTB only 8 times this year so far. Let’s hope I remember how to ride in the woods by race day. At least I'll be assured one daylight lap before the real insanity starts.
