Feeling stiff. Need to go back to stretching while Shadow is on the swim portion of our walks. Also need to rebalance to more z1-2 next week.

Watching Duke UVA. I'll say that having this many underclassmen is a different type of experience but the drama is every bit as riveting, maybe more so. I don't begrudge the rest of the conference a few wins every couple of years but is it possible for anyone to beat Duke and not storm the court?
