Sore from last two days and run down from travel

Took an HRM to soccer out of curiosity. In first 1.75 hours 7v7 saw nothing less than 120 and mostly 140-155 with some in the 160s. Probably systematically underestimating half field short sided running. Lower values whn moving to 11s full field.

Note

Noticeably sore late in the day. Presumably from the combination of soccer, lifting, and some heavy yardwork chainsawing storm damage and stripping invasive vine from nearby trees.
