Left shoulder still not right. No dips pull ups or bench rows and minimal overhead work.
Still sore. Elect to walk a while at the end. Left shoulder seems more sore than just from dips. Likely some impact suffered in the game. Skip the planned elliptical time as it's 12:30 am
All that sprinting yesterday took a toll. Really sore this morning, especially adductors. Not much improved by afternoon. Just couldn't get comfortable with any real stride length but press on anyway.
