Predictably a little tight after last couple dAys activities and so much sitting today. Mostly looking to getting some movement in. also forearms ridiculously sore. Not sure how much was the Sunday chainsaw/weed session and how much is arm pump from riding.

late start for flat repair. ST lake f first half hard then it got dark and had to dial way back. Felt fast in the daylight but Not smooth in the dark even with two lights. Home O&D picked back up. Forearms sore from yesterdays sawing.
