Mix of road and trail. Very hot with intermittent rain. Trails were slick, and I wiped out hard on one downhill section. Not the best shoes for muddy conditions.

Beaches. Slow and easy. Hurt the top of my left foot last night while doing calf raises, so decided to go for an easy recovery run. No pain while running, but the foot was tender all day.

Easy warmup for 27 mins, then just over an hour of continuous hill repeats on Pottery at a comfortable pace. Then easy to home. Starting to feel stronger.
