My body just feels awful. Decided to take another rest day. I've now cut out 5 1/2 hrs from my training plan this week. Not a big confidence booster.

Not sure how I got so out of shape so fast. Very sucky.

What a disaster. Slept in car because I couldn't figure out the tent. Alarm went off in the night. Was so hot and uncomfortable. Too many bugs to keep the windows down. Woke up sore and dehydrated. Felt awful.

Wanted to quit the first minute and it never got better. So, lots of hiking today. Took the time to look around a bit as I never really have time to enjoy the scenery in race mode.

Was supposed to go 6 hours, but cut it short at 4. Sucks.

Finished third (officially but not really) at Squamish 50K. Really struggled with downhills. Don't have the experience on that terrain to move quickly so lost significant time throughout. Felt good on climbs and flatter sections (very steady in final 3K).

A good supported long training run for Hali. Body is feeling great again.
