Cold, wet and dreary. Kept at a slow pace. Took a few walk breaks.

Muddy, muddy, muddy. Will hopefully take Kieran out in the Chariot later today.
6 PM

Road Running 2:03:00 [3]
shoes: BL Orange

Easy run in the evening. Ran for a few minutes with Jonathan Black. He's run a number of OUSer races, including Seaton, Sulphur and Hali. Really nice guy.

Trail Running 4:00:00 [3]
shoes: CL

Slow and easy. Kept my strides short. Knee was fine overall; a few twitches here and there, but held up for the duration. Will do more rolling tonight as it seemed to help.

Really needed a good run today. Glad my body cooperated. Now to run to the in-laws for supper.
6 PM

Road Running 40:00 [3]
shoes: BL Orange

After a quick stop at home to drink some juice, eat some cookies, write the above log entry and change my shoes, I took off to the in-laws. Will need to split my run tomorrow into two, so glad I got this long one in today.

Morning run to shake off the cobwebs. Pretty tired, as we didn't get home from the hospital until nearly midnight last night.

Will fit in another run later. Right knee is very tight.
