Knee loosened up a bit this evening, so went for a brisk hike. As long as I didn't go too crazy on the hills, I could move fairly pain free. Running is not possible, but hoping things will improve quickly over the coming week. I'm losing out on a big training weekend, but life goes on.
Surprised by how quickly I could walk once I got into a rhythm. Might be good to throw in a few more power walks over the coming weeks to get used to walking quickly.
