Finished third (officially but not really) at Squamish 50K. Really struggled with downhills. Don't have the experience on that terrain to move quickly so lost significant time throughout. Felt good on climbs and flatter sections (very steady in final 3K).

A good supported long training run for Hali. Body is feeling great again.
