TNF Ontario. Wore Sense Pros. Just stuck to a steady effort for training run for Eastern States. Probably went a bit too fast in first 10K and needed more than one bottle, so good lessons for August. Felt good at the end. Big climbs. Had no idea this place existed for training in Ontario. Wish I had tapered but knew I needed to keep training for Aug-Sept-Oct. Finished 8th.
