Only 4 hrs sleep last night, and had to finish an assignment this evening, so a short night run. Felt tired (legs fine), but wanted to get out for at least a short run.

Today marks three months since the last time I listened to music while running. It's been good to take a break and just enjoy running for the pure joy of it.
