Computer crashed as I was saving my paper last night, so had to stay up until 2:30 am redoing it. Very frustrating. Very little sleep, so a dumb idea trying for a long run. Very hungry.

After 2:20, I just stopped the whole thing and took a 5-minute break. Then restarted the watch and jogged slowly to my in-laws for supper.

Slow and easy to in-laws. Fell twice going around deep puddles. Way overdressed.

Long and stressful day, so pretty tired this evening, but felt good once I got outside for a run. Very icy out there. Now I need to stay up late the next two nights and finish a paper for school. Nervous breakdown on the horizon.

Lunch run. Had trouble getting around pedestrians and cars due to high snowbanks, ice and large puddles. Just being patient...

Did a 5' plank right after to see what that is like. Overrated.
