Not a great run today. Felt tired all day (bad sleep). Planned on running the latter 90' faster, but I knew early on I had to revise plan and just cruise along. Overdressed and also felt heavy wearing pack for first time since September.

Life goes on. At least I got in some kms.

Forgot to turn off watch. Happens sometimes when pushing the lap button so much on a quality workout day. Thankfully Movescount keeps the original lap information even when total time/distance is modified. LTs.

2x15'. Ran on soft ground with strong headwind. Second set was very hard for first 3+ mins (avg 4:08) with headwind, so had to push a bit to bring avg pace down to 4:00/km target).
