Salomon Toronto store group run. Big crowd tonight, so I took the faster group. Fun run, but had to leave the others in the forest near the end to rush back to my car to make it home for a teleconference.

I think I'm getting some fitness back, so should be able to run fairly steady for Sulphur Springs.
