Running 25:00 [3] 2.0 km (12:30 / km)

Good one with the dog! He pretends to smell things when he's tired, but his enthusiasm is definitely back. Time for more woods runs where he's always really excited.

Trainer 40:00 [3]

Yup... broke the trainer in. Basement smells like burning rubber.

Running 25:00 [3] 2.0 km (12:30 / km)

Same as yesterday. Dog was a bit faster at first, but wanted to pack it in earlier. I wonder if it's the hills that bother him!

Groin was actually bothering me. Didn't stretch as much before hockey Thursday as I usually do, probably a bad move with the cold I've got.

Running 25:00 [3] 2.0 km (12:30 / km)

Run with the dog, trying to get him (and I guess me!) back in shape. Had to walk after a while, but all the walking we've been doing has him in better shape than he was a while ago.

Hockey 1:00:00 [3]

Kind of gassed from the week in BC, no legs. Played a stay at home defensive game and helped preserve a 1-0 win. Got another penalty... have to stop manhandling people.

Hockey 1:00:00 [3]

1 goal, 1 assist, 1 penalty. But the buggers didn't give me the assist... that's about four assists they haven't given me. Looks like I'm leading the team in goals and penalties now.

Hockey 1:00:00 [3]

Big win, scored first goal.

Orienteering 2:30:00 [3] 8.0 km (18:45 / km)

That was insane... juan-whacking like never before and so much water down that I had to practically swim to some controls. Still clearing the course, didn't even attempt three controls because I knew they'd be inaccessible due to water.

A snake tried to fight me too.

Hockey 1:00:00 [3]
(injured)

I don't try to lay people out... but seriously though, do you think it's a good idea to try and check the 6' 240 lb guy who's fast as all get out? What do you think is going to happen?

Dam ref missed my assist too. We won this one and played way better than last week. Shawn is still on injury reserve and I miss him. I'm so sad without my friend.
