Played soccer.... why? I don't know. It was fun though.

My legs really hurt on this one... maybe from the soccer. I was on pace for a 20 min run, maybe less, but I couldn't keep it up because of the pain.

It was quite windy and very rough, but I did just fine. Actually worked on getting some more powerful strokes in and had a great session. Unfortunately after all the drama on the cross over (there and back) of second lake and the turn around on third lake I managed to tip in the narrows by the island. They water was great! Fortunately I was only about 50 ft from a private dock. Not sure what happened... don't think I caught as much water as I was expecting on my stroke.
