Guess I've got to make sure I keep packing it in during the evening... really should have worked out last night, but just didn't have the guff. Fack! Fell off the wagon, drank a lot of beer (thanks to the assholes who left a shit ton at my house... damn grateful house guests!) and gorged on a delicious mother's day brunch prepared by yours truly... I can resist my own cooking!

These legs better feel good soon so I can get back on track. (Some of this could be swelling etc.)
