L-Town Loop + Seaforth... original forward direction. Garmin strap was broken, so I couldn't see speed etc. thus I got a little complacent and day dreamed a bit hence the low avg. speed.

Almost didn't run tonight... but talked myself into it after a 1.5 km dog walk. Glad I did, it felt good and I got a bit of extra distance in.
