Note
(sick)

Wow... I was wasted yesterday, and not much better now. I've got so much fluid in my ears I can barely stand.

Awesome.

Swimming 45:00 [3]
(sick)

I love getting paid to workout. Did some deployment work at Survival Systems. Did a lot of diving to recover our buoys, and swimming with them to retrieve them. Swimming with a parachute, or drogue as it were, is very hard... especially when you don't know how to swim!

Interestingly, the facility we used was the same one that they used to film some of the scenes in the movie Outlander... the best movie ever about a time traveling space cop who teams up with vikings to battle an intergalactic dragon who's only mad because space cop and his buddies took over her planet. Know who was in that movie? Jesus Christ... aka Jim Cavizzelselizzle.

Played Call of Duty: Black Ops while on the trainer... I was more or less as effective as I am when drunk. Playing Black Ops that is, rocked out pretty good on the trainer!

Not a bad trainer session. Setup Netflix on the XBox which should help dull the pain in the coming months.

Dog Exercise 45:00 [3] 3.0 km (15:00 / km)
(sick)

Did the first 2.25 km fast running on forefoot with the dog and then met Wifey and Bo at the park so Bo could try out his snowshoes. He did great!

Watched the first half of "Don Cherry: Keep Your Head Up Kid", though I've already seen the second half, I wish I had it recorded now. The man may have some different ideas, but he has a genuine love for hockey that I admire. And his love for his family and his players is true. The movie brought me to tears many times.
