Awesome C1 workout, really pushed it. Since the K1 time the C1 seems like a breeze! Still quite still afterwards, but have to shape up for my memorial!

Nice and easy... felt good! To and from paddling, no tightness or discomfort.

Really not sure about these distances! I'm not comfortable enough to wear my garmin yet.

I used the 'stable' boat this time, but after a while I actually used the seat. Things were more difficult, but it did feel a lot better.

I've been struggling lately keeping the boat straight. I suspect my giant ass might be pinching the rudder lines.

I ought to switch back to C1 anyway since the Lowery Memorial is coming up!
