Chest and back... starting to see some results. Seem to have gained a few pounds too, I think it's part 1 week of mom's food and a load of drinking, but by the looks of the shoulders and arms I think there is some muscle bulk too. Better keep an eye on that as it's not the goal of this!

What a paddle! Really worked hard and saw some good speed. Knee and leg were a mess afterwards, but the swim helped!

Recovery swim after paddle... the knee felt like there was 2 L of fluid in it, but the swim made it feel 100%.
