Time and distance approximate. So ridiculously dehydrated! Drank 3 L and still lost 5 lbs... didn't expect that kind of weather, it was cool in the morning when I left!

Stashed the bike in the woods at the end of the trek and rode back to the car.

Evening paddle with Mandy and Bo... SO MUCH FUN! Bo even paddled for the last 1/2 km with a paddle nearly twice his height! He was actually contributing well. I guess we need to get him a paddle! On another note, I forgot how well my wife paddles. Must do more of this!

Chest and back... starting to see some results. Seem to have gained a few pounds too, I think it's part 1 week of mom's food and a load of drinking, but by the looks of the shoulders and arms I think there is some muscle bulk too. Better keep an eye on that as it's not the goal of this!

To and from paddling... felt great!

What a paddle! Really worked hard and saw some good speed. Knee and leg were a mess afterwards, but the swim helped!

Recovery swim after paddle... the knee felt like there was 2 L of fluid in it, but the swim made it feel 100%.
