1:03 out, 1:11 back. Hills, cold and wind slowed me down! Felt great. Had a warm bath and stretched quite a bit before the run.

Cold rink is cold. Good about the cold is that I'm more inclined to skate around a lot!

First km slow with the dog. The rest of the km just slow. I don't think it was the cold, but that didn't help! Stopped to stretch a few times again which helped keep the pain at a minimum. Also ran on the shoulder in the snow quite a bit... have to be ready for the nine-toe!
