Did the first 2 km with Bo riding his bike to warm up, then stretched quite a bit. Legs felt 'off' at first on the next 8 km, then started to hurt. Kept stretching... no improvement. Sharp knee pain, and a fucky feeling at the ankle and hip. Not good. Was reduced to walking and the pain kept getting worse. Lots of ice at home and PT tomorrow.
