I had a good run with only a few small mistakes. A bit frustrating to be so far back... exceptionaly high HR!

I just love this loop: Färnstu (nice single trail downhill), up to the Lueg (up, up, up) down the ridge to Rachisberg (nice trails there too) and the phantastic downhill at the end to Lochbachbad. And the great views in all directions...

Mass start with loops.
3rd time on the MTB and 1st bike-o this year, so I could not expect more. But the most stupid thing was that to the first control I ran up a small single trail and didn't see the other guys punch the control right beside the trail. At the top I had to turn back, go down and punch and everyone else was out of sight... otherwide I just had one wrong route choice and it went reasonably well. Still fun though!

Finally something worth logging ;-). Ran with Irene part of day 7: over the Cousimbert. Very nice, good view. We saw some scary clouds passing slightly north of us but they luckily didn't hit us.

Not much training lately. I'm very busy with organizing Gigathlon I hope it will ease up in a couple weeks. In addition I got a slight cold. Cold rainy weather and a cold office payd it's toll...
