Sunday May 16

Orienteering 2:55:00 [3]
CAOC 'Curse of the Goat', bad race, #7 was misshung (or not at all?) and this in a very diffuse area. I gave up after 10' but the others who skipped this control were far ahead... #10 was misshung as well (5') and at #12 I should have looked a bit longer because this was there and I just didn't see it. Motivation was low after this so I did't fight enough in those thick woods... I came back 2nd more than 30' behind 1st but I was MP since I didn't have #12...

Saturday May 15

Running 1:06:00 [3]
Arbo loop

Thursday May 13

Sunday May 2

Orienteering 55:30 [4]
ahr:168 max:180 spiked:14/18c
CAOC event at Deer Grove. Good training, no trails and streams on map made it challenging. 2 misstakes (each ca. 2') and at some controls I was uncertain and slowed down too much down before I saw the flag.
Running 10:00 [2]
Warm up

Saturday May 1

Orienteering 25:07 [4]
spiked:10/11c
Local event at Glacial Blue Hills. Small Map but still fun (Kevin took all trails off the map). I didn't see the control on #6 allthough I knew I was in the right depression. Went back and got to it from a different angle and saw the control almost lying on the ground behind a tree... ca. 2'.
