Tuesday Jul 20

Climbing 1:00:00 [1]
Bouldering in the gym

Sunday Jul 18

Note
Rest of the fun weekend with Boyko, we played 3h golf...
Orienteering 1:05:00 [2]
on the way home I stopped in the Northern Kettlemorain State Forest by Greenbush. This area is a couple of miles north of the existing 'Kellings Lake' O-Map. I brought a printout of a 1:24'000 map with me and did some orienteering. The area is great, very detailed and I did not cross one single trail during my 1h run...

Saturday Jul 17

Running 1:10:00 [3]
Run at Whitefish Dunes State Park, Door County
This would be a great park for orienteering, maybe a bit small. The sandy ground and the topography reminded me of 'Bordeaux' type terrain.
Note
I visited Boyko, a Bulgarian O-runner in Door county. We went for a hike in the Penisula State Park, which would also be a great spot for Orienteering. I also did some deepwater soloing (climbing without rope above water), just easy stuff, I didn't have my climbing shoes with me, I also did not get wet...

Fun Canoe-O, I ran, swam and fighted through bushes the first third of the course and then joined Dmitry in the Canoe. We won by 2' over Rob and Charlie. That was fun!
