Nice skiing in perfect conditions in Kandersteg. 3x the red loop plus 1x the green one.
Note
My achilles tendon felt good during the skiing and also now I don't feel any pain. The only thing that bothers me is that when I wear regular shoes it tends to hurt a bit, I'll probably wear a different pair the next few days.

Easy run with Marco, Maja and Irene from Brugg-Schinznach-Habsburg. My achilles tendon hurt a lot. The pain started yesterday evening, I hope that some rest will help it to get better soon.
