GLUEX "Race". "Back to the roots".
Rougly 30 People running one of two routes (short/long) without markings an with only one refreshing station in the middle.

Gurten/Ulmizer in the beginning, then via Bütschelegg to Riggisberg, Gibelegg, Längeney Bad, Gurnigel Bad and then down to Seftigen.

I felt very good until Km 40 where my hamstings and my butt got tired. Had to slow down a bit for the last uphill to Gurnigel Bad. Downhill in the snow was good but the last few Km on asphalt were a bit painful for the legs.

Fun an nice event, in particular the home brewed beer from Edi after the race.
