Strength (Gym) 1:00:00 [2]
ahr:140 max:165 slept:8.0 weight:194lbs (injured)

Played dodge ball with kids and parents. Great cardio and a lot of fun! Threw a lot with right hand, I know?! It is a little sore, but I had good velocity with no pain at the time. No more throwing until my final check with the surgeon next month.

Took the kids up for their first day on skis ever! They did very well. Stacy and I got a great workout doing tandem skiing with the kids teaching them to snowplow, etc.

Bike (Spin) 1:00:00 [4]
ahr:167 max:190 slept:9.0 weight:194lbs (injured) shoes: Specialized Comp

Received my flu shot today and I think it impacted my spin this evening. My max heart rate was 190, but my perceived excersion was less. Still it was a hard interval workout. Have a sore left big toe from these crappy old spec comps. Rode without my wrist brace for the first time. It was a little sore during standing drills, but very tolerable. No weird pains and felt very stable. Flexibility still only 75-80% of normal.

Strength (Gym) 30:00 [2]
slept:9.0 weight:194lbs (injured) shoes: Brooks Cascadia

2x6x10 hip series, 2x3x10 lateral band walks, 4x25 crunches on ball, stretching.

Bike (Spin) 1:00:00 [4]
ahr:165 max:185 slept:8.0 weight:192lbs (injured)

Another sick Greg-lead spin class. Three newbies in class. We'll see if they return, they usually don't. He kicked my ass today. My HR recovery sucks as is to be expected in my current physical state. Good thing I really enjoy pain!!

Strength (Home) 30:00 [2]
slept:8.0 weight:192lbs (injured) shoes: Brooks Cascadia

2x4x25 ab exercises, 2x6x10 hip series, 3x10 lateral band walks, 3x4x15 wrist curls, 6x10 putty exercises, stretching.
