Ebbetts - TrainerRoad

Ebbetts is 4x8-minute intervals between 88-94% FTP with 5-second high-power tags between 150-180% FTP.
4-minute recoveries separate the intervals.

stoked to finally get through a trainer workout. started the sweet spot base low volume II just to rebuild a bit of what i've lost over the racing season. nothing is super hard but get my back on the trainer plan.

lunch run after getting home from getting a root canal and crown... good times! best i've felt running in a while. shocking since it was super hot and i was kind of tired. rolling with it.
