4 x 10' Uphill Criss Cross Intervals as 4 x 2' @ sweet spot / 30" HARD!

stoked with the power today. Didn't have a specific target on the 30" hard intervals but just wanted to simulated attacking... so all were pretty hard and close to or over 400 watts.. and then right back to SS.
