kinda sore from yesterday's run. over 2k of steep descending. leg hardening.
almost back to sub 150. Haven't really been lifting with any consistency due to working from home but I'm feeling good. once this is a good break from lifting after being really consistent since the beginning of last summer. think i am going to take a bit of different approach when i get back at it. just need to get some kb's, box, battle ropes for the garage.
