easy jog on the hood paths. work the yaktrax because there is still a lot of snow and ice out there. they worked really well.

saw huge fucking elk about 1 mile from home. unreal. caught me off guard. it was HUGE... and just sitting about 15ft from the path. kinda sketchy.

rough night with Fi. up from 230-4 and a few other time throughout the night. tired!

decided to start the SSD Big Mountain plan today... and go all in. 5 days a week. After looking it over it has a lot of barbell work which is what i want and this is the time of the year for a plan like this. stoked on it.
