what ever i had last week has now turned into a minor cold. just coughing. slept on the couch so maggie could sleep.

plan for this week is to alternate days of easy spinning and lifting. get back on strength plan next week and keep doing whatever for riding and running. my plan was to take two weeks of of running... trying to stick to that.
