Group ride-like workout where riders spend a total of 67 minutes in the Sweet Spot (upper-Tempo/lower-Threshold) @ 85-95% FTP with the remaining time riding Aerobic Endurance between 55-75% FTP; 5-minute AE stretches between Sweet Spot efforts.

3x10-second Strength Sprints are included at the beginning of the ride to continue Force production capability as well as thoroughly warm rider.

another tough one. some long sweet spot intervals. HR climbing throughout. stoked to get this one done.

Matthes +4 is 3 sets of 3x3-minute VO2max repeats at 115%FTP followed by 15 minutes at 65% FTP.

3 minutes of recovery falls between Intervals and 6 minutes of easy spinning separates the sets.

solid workout and probably the best I've felt during intervals this hard.

been sleeping really deep the past few days... waking up 5' before 5am alarm.

down to 146. baby steps and not compromising my love of good beer. may get down to 140 for bailey... but don't want power to drop too much. we'll see. not doing any drastic. small changes make big differences.

Kaweah is 5x10-minute intervals between 96-99% FTP with 5-minute recoveries between intervals.

I dialed down the intensity of the workout to 93% to make them sweet spot intervals and it worked out great. solid intervals after a crushing workout yesterday.

Williamson +4 - TrainerRoad

Williamson +4 consists of 3 sets of 6 descending-duration/ascending intensity intervals from 115% FTP for 2 minutes to 150% FTP for 30 seconds.

Recovery between intervals matches the duration of the preceding interval - work for 2 minutes, rest for 2 minutes

Recoveries between sets of intervals are 3 minutes long and the main set if followed by 30 minutes at 65% FTP.

another really hard one. damn. did this on my cx bike because i'm dropping off road bike today for a much needed tune.
