Mt morrison up and over with maggie.... the descent down the backside crushed me. fun being out on the trails with maggie again. need to get some running legs back if i'm going to pace her.

hot lap on mt falcon & LOB while maggie finished up her long run. good legs on the bike and glad I did this. got rid of most of the quad soreness.
up early for more AC upgrades. new race on the sched.... Leadville 100 MTB... stoked for this one. Going to roll to this one solo and hopefully have some one crew. don't maggie to have to deal with the whole trip, crewing, etc the week before her biggest race of the year since this is so last minute.
