awesome sleep. hotel is room is like a cave. super deep sleep.

rode out to san elijo to meet up with RV and then we did double peak. legs felt solid. ready to go for sunday for sure.

so many cars and stops at red lights. riding here is terrible and i don't miss it.... at all.

got to hotel kinda late after picking up food and meeting RV for a beer. built up up bike and took a while to crash.

mellow spin on the coast... warm and muggy. met the elliel crew at ironsmith but didn't ride with them. hung out with blaize and sonja and just spun back up the coast with them.

great sleep lately. hoping it carries over to socal. for some reason i sleep like crap there. fly to SAN at 435 today.

feeling pretty good. solid workout but still not hitting the power numbers on the 10" sprints that I know I'm capable of.

solid workout though. 15' big gear interval and 16 x 10" sprints.
