(injured) (sick)

Tragic performance.
Sore feet and left ankle. Calves seized at about the halfway point and felt groggy throughout.
Having felt rough warming up and experiencing knee pain I should have strongly considered not running today - I was very unlikely to count for the England team and have probably just set myself back further.
Live and learn - no racing for me until I've done some decent training to boost moral
On the plus side, got my hands on a forerunner 405 today. Keen to take that baby out sometime soon.

Orienteering race 45:00 [4] 7.1 km (6:20 / km)

Got caught behind a high fence with Cherry when we should have punching the first control. Not a position anyone wants to be in!
Lungs felt ropey for the rest of the race, legs not great either. Though feet didn't hurt too much
Handed over in 6th, though punched the finish behind a crowd - foolishly lost the best part of 10s and 4 placed sauntering over to the finish punch
