Tempo Old Marston and a few laps of Uni Parks. Raining. Not too comfortable at first but got into it and lap times got quicker. vdot says I should be doing 5.17s but was doing 5.31s... so bit more to come hopefully

Backwards round Green route in Shotover (not as good as the right way round) Easy run, calves sore from yesterday, ITB getting better though.

Feeling inspired by the dramatic scenes witnessed at Iffley road earlier in the day - the second best mile race I've seen this year ;-)

Steady run accompanied by Nick on bike, feeling relaxed and fast though legs sore on descents

4*1000m [3] - windy, should have done 600s, was slowing towards the end of the reps especially second half. Legs still sore, still chasing form

Jog to and from track, some drills, jogging the bends striding the straights with Cheggers

Birthday run in glorious sunshine down to Uni Parks via OXSRAD. Took about 35 mins to get going (realised I've not done any steady running for ages!) but after then feeling relaxed. Legs in a right state though, need some combination of stretching/massage/ice bath/transplant or all of above..

OUTriC aquathlon - 3rd slowest swim! trying to race 200m completely different to some relaxed x-training type swimming... Beaten at my own game on the run too, not good! 2nd place and a bottle of vin rouge though.
