Trotter training was inspired by the Great British Bake-Off, with signature dish (6x1min hill reps, being Sarah's signature), a technical dish (complicated shuttle run thing involving trees) and a showstopper (race around Inverleith Park with the obstacles, quite far after dark by now).
Put effort into the 1 min reps, as that is the sort of thing I'm meant to be focussing on at the moment and did OK. Mostly took the rest easy.
