Didn't stay to go up the munro next to the Cobbler due to work stuff. Instead tried out new shoes on the treadmill in the gym (in case I needed to take them back...) Brooks Ravenna's... they were really good, neither achilles nor knees hurting. In fact, my achilles tendons felt better this morning than any time for months - boggy hill running is clearly good for them!
