Had planned on long run about 5pm (thinking I might feel better than in the morning) but ended up having dinner at about then so ran at 7.30 to/from and laps of IP. Felt pretty good (apart from beefburger repeating on me) and completed planned 95 mins feeling like I had plenty spare. Achilles complaining a lot but knees fine bar a couple of odd feelings when I let me form go a bit.
