Really struggled just getting to TT and doing the warm up jog to the Hermitage. But when the session started (20 x 30"/30") I managed to run it OK. Memo to self: I can't do long reps when tired, but I can do short reps when tired. Then survived the cool down jog to Megan's where Rhyno was doing a brai. The music mix still including a few songs I suggested a couple of years back.
