Well it's likely to be a while before I can do a lot of running so strength is go. General gym, stuff, leg presses and leg extensions not too bad, upper body strength hilariously poor.

Walk/jog on Pentland skyline route from start as far as drove road then down to Balerno on the road. Putting effort in on the uphills, feeling benefit from recent squats, only ran a little, mostly where it was just soft grass. Quite shattered by 2nd kip. Left knee started to get sore at the end and complained badly on the downhill on the road.
